Will the balance of my order be shipped should there be an item that is out of stock?
While preparing the order and we experience a stock balance error or unavailability, we will ship the available items and make the delivery for the balance order when the products are stocked-in.
Will my personal particulars be exposed?
All contact information that we obtain from you such as name, shipping address, contact number, credit card details, email and personal ID will not be disclosed.  

We will only share your personal information with our affiliates or third-party service providers whom will conduct the processes on our behalf. (Such as transportation, payment processing, customer support, order fulfilment and marketing purposes)
Will I be able to cancel my order when it has already been sent?
Once the product has been shipped, unfortunately we do not accept any cancellation policy. We are unable to stop this as shipping companies will come to pick up parcels for delivery every day.  

However, if you want to cancel an order before it’s been shipped, we will make a refund of your total purchases.
Which country do you ship to?
At the current moment, we only ship to West and East Malaysia. Kindly do contact us directly at our email should you require an international shipping.
What other methods can I purchase the products? 
There will be a list of stores carrying our products on our website. Alternatively, you can pay them a visit to purchase the products.
What are the available payment options?
At the current moment, we only have online banking transfers. Please bear with us while we set up our PayPal account and credit card paying facilities.

Real Outplay will not make any warranty that this site will meet all your requirements, error free or uninterrupted. Any articles, materials or suggestions provided will be at your own risk and only serve as a guideline.

How will I know if my ordered has been placed? 
Once checkout is completed and payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation through email detailing the purchased items, total order and shipping address.

You can also check your purchase by logging in to MY ACCOUNT on the website.
How much is the delivery cost?
Our shipping fees are free of charge for purchases totaling above RM 150.00. Otherwise, a small fee of RM 7 for delivery cost is charged for West Malaysia (WM) and RM 10 for East Malaysia (EM) respectively.
How long does the delivery take?
An estimated time of arrival for West Malaysia would be 1-2 working days, and East Malaysia to be 2-4 working days. However, please bear that the estimated delivery time is based on product availability, courier availability and payment transaction.
How do I track my order/parcel? 
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified through your email. We will provide a tracking number and a link to the shipping company’s website, and you’ll be able to track your parcel.

How do I order?
Select any items that you wish to purchase and add them to the cart. Once all products have been chosen, please click on the cart for checkout.

At checkout, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and choose your method of delivery.

Kindly fill in all the information required if you are a new customer and finish your purchase by selecting mode of payment.
How do I add/remove items to my cart? 
Click the cart on the top right corner, you can change the quantity of the items by adjusting the +/- buttons. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

Can I exchange my purchases?
Yes, you will be allowed to make an exchange for the same product, only if the item is destroyed, defective or seal is opened.  

All unused and faulty items have to be notified within 7 days from date of parcels received. Parcel should be exchanged in its original condition.
